Hedwig and the Angry Inch Star Taye Diggs on Going Glam: 'It's the Role of a Lifetime'

Hedwig and the Angry Inch headliner Taye Diggs, complete with glittered nails, stopped by The Today Show to chat with Hoda Kotb and Matt Lauer about taking on the infamous East German transgender rock star. “It’s the role of a lifetime,” he said. “I can’t imagine I’ll ever be challenged like this again.” It’s not his only demanding and rewarding role, though. Of raising five-year-old Walker, the stage and screen favorite says he can’t get enough of “when he falls asleep in my arms and I have to walk him to the bedroom.” Adolescents falling asleep?
